Logistics Policy
1. Focus on quality
> We pay attention to importance to the quality of product and services, so beforesending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging byourselves.
2. Logistics timeliness
>The final logistics delivery will be based on the actual delivery method. If you require specific logistics, please
contact customer service in advance.
3. Shipping priority:
> In the event of a warehouse explosion, in order to ensure logistics timeliness, merchants will independentlyprioritize choosing suitable shipping channels.
> In order to achieve higher operational efficiency and more stable transportation capacity, we can ensure timelydelivery and meet the needs of various replenishment plans. If there is a shipping plan in the near future,it is betterto start early rather than late.
> when facing the situation of logistics warehouse explosion, choosing the appropriate logistics channel is crucial toensure timely delivery of goods. Therefore, we will prioritize the logistics channel that can prioritize shipment toeffectively improve logistics efficiency and the timeliness of goods delivery.
4. Package delivery failed:
If the parcel delivery fails or the customs clearance is delayed due to the customer's reasons, we willtry to let thelogistics company contact the delivery within 14 days from the date of shipment. If the parcel is destroyed by thelogistics company after 30 days, the customer shall bear the loss. We are no longer responsible after 30 days.
The reasons for the failure of parcel delivery are:
> The address is not detailed or complete
> The recipient is not there at the time of delivery
>Failure to cooperate with customs clearance and need to pay customs duties
> The goods have not been picked up and have been sent to the self-pickup site
5.Note:
Website fees do not include customs duties, and only cover product and shipping costs.Any issues arising from the return or destruction of packages due to the customer'srefusal to clear customs or pay duties after the package reaches the destination countrywill not be subject to a refund. Customers are advised to clear customs and pay theduties promptly in order to receive their packages.

After-sales Policy
1. Hesitation period
>Customers have a 24-hour cooling-off period during which they can request a refund. After the cooling-off period,
only exchanges or returns are supported.
2. Return and Exchange Time Limit:
>Most products can be exchanged or returned within 7 working days from receipt.
3. Returns and exchanges are accepted:
Damaged or defective goods can be returned, but the company is not responsible for damage duringtransportation.
>Please provide quality problem information within 3-7 days after receiving the goods;
>Please provide physical photos of the product with quality problems;
If you need to replace, we will attach a new product when you order next time;
If you do not need to replace, we can negotiate with each other based on the actual situation and return thediscount amount to you;
We wil decide whether to return the defective goods based on the specific situation, and the shipping cost must beinformed by the buyer before the return;
4. Returns and exchanges are not accepted:
>Products have been worn, used or washed;
>Products with thread residue,fade after washing and color difference due to different production batch;
>Morethan 7 days after receiving the goods;
>Items that do not fit are not eligible for returns. Customers should confirm sizes, colors,etc., before purchase.) Clearance items (on promotional sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are quality issues.
>Refuse to provide photos of defective goods or the photos are completely unable to identify;
>Customized orders (such as OEM, customized size,color, etc.) are not accepted for return or exchange, and thedeposit is not refundable when the order is cancelled.
Notice: For the above situations that beyond the scope of return or exchange service, We will give more discounts orpreferential policies in future orders according to the circumstances.
5. Return Conditions:
>Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
>1tems such as underwear, bikinis,thongs, or similar intimate products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
>Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and should insure the return shipment.
>The return shipment should use a trackable courier service (such as FedEx, DHL, or EMS).If a non-trackable shippingmethod is used,the company is not responsible for any lost return items.
>Returns must be received within 30 days after the RA(Return Authorization) number is issued; items received after30 days will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges for Return Items:
> If the product is returned or exchanged due to customer reasons,the return shipping fee shall be borne by thebuyer and they should take up the insurance on their own; if it is sent by the seller by mistake,the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller.
>Shipping custom fee for Return items: Customers are responsible for the customs fee of the returned items whichwill occur when returned items reach China custom.
7. Refund Time Limit:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

1. Custom Order Process
> Over 50% deposit should be paid first, and the balance is paid within 15 days after shipment. We will remindcustomers to pay 15-30 days after the goods are ready.For orders placed more than 30 days Iater, an additional 2%product late payment fee will be required for each week of delay.
> Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, and the deposit is non-refundable.
> Delivery time is calculated based on production time after sample approval.
> In principle, it is not allowed to modify product details after the sample is confirmed and the production order isplaced to avoid affecting the order production progress. During the production process,if the customer requests tomodify the product, the delivery time/price/MOQ must be updated again.
>If the customer does not pay the balance within 180 days, the factory can dispose of the goods and the deposit willnot be refunded.
2. Return/Exchange for Custom Orders:
Custom orders, once completed, are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. How to return or exchange an item?
>If there is a problem with the order,e-mail or Whatsapp contact us within 7 business days of the receipt to let usknow of your return or exchange.
>You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in thequestionnaire.
>You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not
be accepted without a valid RA.
>Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the originalshipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returnedmerchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the order.
> Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of yourtracking information for your records.
> Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problemsoccur, contact us at e-mail or Whatsapp to follow up on your request.
